08:00 AM: Start the Trek
After meeting your guide at Cibodas, the journey begins! You’ll start hiking through dense tropical rainforests, with towering trees and rich wildlife around every corner. The initial part of the trek features waterfalls and mossy paths, creating a refreshing atmosphere as you head deeper into the park.
12:00 PM: Lunch at Hot Springs

03:00 PM: Arrival at Campsite (Suryakencana Meadow or Kandang Badak)
After another few hours of trekking, we’ll arrive at our campsite for the night. If you’re trekking Mount Gede, you’ll camp at Suryakencana Meadow, a vast field of edelweiss flowers. Here, we’ll set up camp, and you’ll have time to explore the surroundings, take photos, and relax.
06:00 PM: Dinner and Campfire
A delicious hot dinner will be prepared at camp. Afterward, unwind under the stars, gather around the campfire, and enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains. This is the perfect time for stargazing and storytelling before heading to your tent for a restful night’s sleep.
